Chief Ogbue is a 1959 graduate of South-West London College of Commerce, London, England. He has 41 years’ working experience, which saw him serve as the General Manager of National Insurance Corporation of Nigeria (NICON) for seven years. He has served as a Director on many Boards of reputable companies including the NICON NOGA-HILTON Hotel, Abuja and NAL Bank PLC.
