It has four savings options: Beret, Flag, Salute and Command

• Minimum initial deposit of N100 for all the options.
• Minimum Operating balance of N1,000, N5,000, N10,000 & N10,000 for Beret, Flag, Salute & Command options respectively  
• Minimum monthly deposit of N1,000, N2,000, N5,000 & N7,500 for Beret, Flag, Salute & Command options respectively

Benefits

Permanent disability leading to discharge from service attracts benefits of max N100,000, N150,000, N250,000 & N500,000 for Beret, Flag, Salute and Command option respectively. Note that this is not automatic and conditions apply.

• Loss of life (payment to registered next-of-kin) attracts benefit of max N200,000, N500,000, N750,000 & N1,000,000 for Beret, Flag, Salute and Command option respectively.
• Year end bonus of 2% of lowest balance in 12months.
• A/c can serve as Collateral to access retail Credit facilities

Application Requirements

• A letter of introduction from your command or unit, with Force number clearly stated.
• Copy of service ID.
• Two current passport-sized photographs.
• Permanent Home address and GSM number.
• Beneficiary’s signature and thumb print.
• Recent passport photographs of next-of-kin/beneficiary to whom death benefits relating to the account shall be paid. The beneficiary’s photographs and signature shall be updated yearly.
• Provision of one other referee who must be a current account holder apart from the letter of introduction from your command or unit if cheques and dividend warrants would be lodged into the account.
