A good working relationship give us several other benefits. Our work is more enjoyable when we have good relationships and bond with our colleagues.
We had another #UBAJoggingBond session earlier today. The event which held at the Campos Mini Stadium Lagos Island.
We started off with the cycling and jogging led our GMD, Kennedy Uzoka.
While that was ongoing, the rest of us were warming up with dance aerobics led by the delectable Sandra Osaigbovo.
We danced, we threw our hands in the air, we squatted, we jumped, we bonded!
The treasure hunt was the highlight of the day. Staff were grouped into teams and made to solve tasks. It was awesome seeing the amazing teamwork that was put into the treasure hunt.
After a lot of hunting, Team Mob eventually found the treasure box.
We are more than a bank, we are a tribe of amazing humans who gently love and care for each other.
