Her capabilities were soon recognized, leading to her transfer to the Madina Branch in 2007 as a Business Manager. Over the years, she has successfully led branches such as Tema Main, East Legon 2, and the Head Office, demonstrating her natural aptitude for leadership.

In 2016, she was appointed as the Group Customer Service Ambassador, reflecting her dedication to enhancing the customer experience.
