The annual HCM summit themed “Repositioning UBA As A Great Place To Work” was a 3-day learning, team bonding and insightful experience. With all HCM Country Heads from 22 countries in attendance
The event featured an exciting, inspirational, future-focused and pragmatic HR strategy powerfully delivered by the Group Head, Human Resources, Patricia Aderibigbe. The digital theme was echoed and reinforced by other thought-leaders such as Adaora Mbelu, CEO Trellis Group and Ngozi Adebiyi, CEO & Lead Consultant OutsideIn HR.
The session was as innovative as it was fun-packed – with features including Ted talks by members of the HR tribe, panel discussions shaping policies, movie night complete with popcorn, showcasing the best of Nollywood and a boat cruise dinner as the final event.
It was a week of promoting trust and relationship building among staff as we are One People, One HR, One Bank.
This is why we call it a tribe!!!
