SMILE, SAY CHEESE!!


A recent study by the European Journal of Nutrition has discovered that eating a little bit of cheese daily could reduce the risk of heart disease. Contrary to popular opinion, cheese contains unsaturated fatty acids which could lower bad cholesterol, it is rich in Vitamin B12 and it is delicious!!

 

The only advise is to eat everything in moderation.
