Good morning my name is Idogbo Ifeoma Esther, I am a new employee of UBA, I started working with UBA on the 2nd of September 2019,after passing through the 3 weeks UBA academy training school which invested so much in me, after the completion of the training I took the examination like the other trainees and I was successful.
Since I started working on the 2nd of September 2019 in Effurun1 business office, warri , delta state, I have given my best and maintained the bank's 3 core values (EXCELLENCE, EXECUTION, ENTERPRISE).

On the 3rd of January After close of work we were told to wait for a very important meeting which we did till about 9pm before my supervisor called me to his office and started explaining to me to resign that the bank is undergoing restructuring and unfortunately my name was the first name sent to resign, I was told to tender my resignation letter, my ID card,token and everything I work with.

I would want to know the basis
for this,I strongly believe there is a mix up somewhere because I am just four months old on the job, I haven't finished showcasing all my abilities, I believe there's still more I can do for UBA plc, I want to humbly ask management to look into this issue, I believe something can still be done about it.
