The October edition of our #UBAFacebookLive was ??. As part of our #UBAAt70 campaign, we celebrated some of the bank’s achievements over the years including the recently ‘BAFI CEO of the Year’ award won by our GMD @kennedyuzoka and our very own #Leo winning the ‘Excellence in automated chatbot initiative’ Award.

We spiced things up as some of our colleagues joining the #UBAFaceebookLive session. It was interesting listening to Ifeanyi Okonkwo; one of the winners of our #CustomerServiceWeek Magical service Award, Lemachi Chris-Asoluka from Product Marketing and Serome Akoroda from corporate banking, share their experiences so far and expectations in the years to come!
