Banking at your finger tips
Bank the way you want on our digital channels, most of the things you come to do at the bank can be done yourself.
Get Account Statement
- On Leo, send ACCOUNT STATEMENT and follow the prompts. Please note that you would have to enroll first.
- For Mobile Banking, click on self-service and choose bank statement option to generate a statement up to a year.
- On UBA Internet banking, click on the My Bank Statement option, choose a date range within one year and download.
Check Balance
- Send CHECK BALANCE to Leo, authenticate with your PIN and get your account balance.
- On Mobile Banking, log in, select banking and view your account balance on the dashboard.
- For UBA Internet Banking, log in and view your balance on the dashboard.
- Dial your Country USSD Code e.g *919*00# (in Nigeria) on your registered phone to get your balance. Please note that you would have to enroll first.
Get Account Number
- Send ACCOUNT NUMBER to Leo on Facebook. Please note that you would have to enroll first.
- On Mobile Banking, click on settings and choose the App appearance option and unmask your account number.
- For UBA Internet Banking, log in and view your account number on the dashboard.
Freeze Account
- Send FREEZE ACCOUNT to Leo.
- Dial your Country USSD Code e.g *919*9# (in Nigeria) to freeze your account
Block Card
- Send BLOCK CARD to Leo on Facebook and WhatsApp and block your card.
- Dial your Country USSD Code e.g *919*10*# (in Nigeria), follow the prompt and block your card.
- On Mobile Banking, choose the self-service option from the menu and block your card.
Reset password on Internet Banking
- On the UBA Internet Banking landing page, click on the forgot password option and follow the prompts.
Get Internet Banking User ID
- On the UBA Internet Banking landing page, click on the forgot User ID option and follow the prompts.
Increase transaction limit
- On Mobile Banking, choose the self-service option from the menu, select transaction limit and follow the prompts.
Account Opening
- On Leo, send ACCOUNT OPENING on Facebook or WhatsApp and follow the prompts.
- Dial your Country USSD Code e.g *919*20# (in Nigeria) to open an account. Please note that you would have to enroll first.
- Visit aop.ubagroup.com to open an account.
- On Mobile Banking, choose the self-service option from the menu, click on new account request and follow the prompt.
